We’ve learned a lot since our beginnings in 1977, and have grown to become a brand known around the globe.

Origins

In the late 70's, Blake Annable started importing sports equipment from Asia and selling them door-to-door and local family sporting goods shops throughout Western Canada. Operating out of his classic Ford van for those many road trips across British Columbia and Alberta and distributing his wares from a dry cleaner's basement in North Vancouver, founder Blake Annable created Promark, a sports accessory company which would later evolve into STORMTECH.

Born in the rugged west coast rainforests of British Columbia, Canada, STORMTECH's designs are inspired through the lessons learned from the rain, snow, and sun.
